Your everyday fix—on us, up to $35. Tighten a stone, mend a chain, swap a clasp, and more.
Loyalty Perk: Every 5th Repair Free
Bring pieces at your own pace; after four paid repairs, the next one is free up to $35.
Free repairs cover most simple fixes up to $35 per item. If your repair costs more, $35 is applied toward the total and you pay the difference. Fifth-free benefit applies after four paid repairs on your account; redemptions are up to $35. No cash value. One first-free redemption per person. Appointment required.
Book a 30-minute appointment. Most work is finished while you wait. If a piece needs extra care, it will be completed within four days.
Please note: I am not repairing gold or platinum at this time due to high precious-metal prices. I am focused on beaded, wire-wrap, and silver jewelry repairs.
Bring your bracelet, necklace, anklet, or earrings to a 30-minute appointment for a hands-on assessment. I match cord, color, and hardware as closely as possible and confirm the plan and price before work begins so you know exactly what to expect.
Most simple re-strings for beaded necklaces, bracelets, anklets, and earrings are finished during your 30-minute appointment. Multi-strand necklaces and bracelets, or a single-strand necklace longer than 20 inches, take 3 days. Bracelets with knots (like pearl bracelets) are usually ready the same day. Any necklace that needs re-knotting is ready the next day. Beaded earrings that only need new ear wires can be finished during your 30-minute appointment, as long as the ear-wire style you like is in stock.
Re-gluing for earrings, rings, or pendants has a 24-hour cure; some pieces take 2 days depending on cleanup. Pearl re-gluing typically takes 2 days.
Wire Wrap Jewelry Repair
Bring your sterling silver or gold-filled wire-wrapped earrings, bracelets, necklaces, pendants (with crystals or cabochons), charms, or anklets to a 30-minute appointment. We review the wrap style, wire gauge, and finish to keep the original look, then confirm the plan, price, and timing.
Most simple wire-wrap fixes are finished during your 30-minute appointment. If a bracelet or necklace needs more than half of its wraps redone, the work takes 3 days from drop-off. Pendants with crystals or cabochons that need the wrap partially or fully redone take 4 days.
Silver Jewelry Repair
Bring your sterling or fine-silver rings, bracelets, necklaces, or earrings to a 30-minute appointment. We look over the piece together, try to match as close to the original as possible depending on what is needed, and confirm the plan, price, and timing before any work begins.
Services include chain soldering and clasp replacement; ring sizing and band sizing; bezel rebuilds; prong replacement; ear-wire, post, or back replacement; charm-bracelet repairs; and everyday-wear adjustments.
Most chain repairs are same-day; some take 24 hours. Simple clasp swaps are completed during your 30-minute appointment if the clasp you want is in stock. Stud-post replacements take 3 days. Ring sizing, bezel rebuilds, and prong work are 4 days.
Designer Jewelry Restoration
Restoration for jewelry purchased from major retailers. Brings it back close to the original look so you can get back to wearing your favorite pieces.
At your 30-minute appointment, we review the piece together, try to match as close to the original as possible depending on what is needed, and confirm the plan, price, and timing.
Simple cleanings can be done during your 30-minute appointment. If the finish needs to be restored and you don’t have reference photos, research and matching takes 3 days. Most designer restorations take up to 4 days, including beaded and wire wrapped pieces.
Permanent Jewelry
Re-attach permanent bracelets, anklets, or necklaces during your 30-minute appointment when no other work is required.
The average cost is $25 for re-attaching a permanent piece I did not originally make. If I designed and attached your permanent piece, there is no charge to re-attach it or to add a clasp. Adding a clasp to a permanent piece I did not make is typically $30, depending on clasp type and size.

Restoring Gucci Angry Forest Wolf Head Rings
Before
A client brought me a set of Gucci Angry Forest Wolf Head Rings that had been gifted by a family member. While the rings were still in good condition, the original finish had completely worn away.
I cleaned them in the ultrasonic, researched reference images, and confirmed the look with the client before starting. The rings were then darkened in liver of sulfur to bring out the depth in the wolves’ fur and faces.
Using a Sunshine Cloth, I carefully polished away the excess so the raised areas shone while the recessed details stayed dark. After a final rinse and steam cleaning, the restoration was complete.
After
The project took two days, including research, and cost $45.
Macramé Turquoise Necklace Repair
A client brought me a natural turquoise beaded necklace that had been repaired once before by a friend. The original piece was made entirely with macramé knots, but her friend had re-knotted it using the traditional pearl-knotting technique with silk cord. Since this was her favorite necklace and she wore it almost every day, the silk cord eventually broke — the natural turquoise beads were simply too heavy for silk.
I suggested re-knotting the necklace using S-Lon, a strong synthetic cord designed for knotting heavier beads. The client wanted to return to the original macramé style and was hoping for a specific color as well, which was easy to accommodate since S-Lon comes in a wide variety of colors.
I re-knotted the necklace using the macramé technique to bring it as close as possible back to the original design, including recreating the macramé clasp.

Hi, I am Emma—owner of WestSeattleJewelryRepair.com. I have been repairing jewelry in the West Seattle Junction since 2022 as
Lila Logan Jewelry Design Studio. Repairs grew so popular that they deserved a dedicated home, and that is why I created WestSeattleJewelryRepair.com.
I specialize in high-quality repairs for beaded, wire-wrapped, and sterling silver jewelry. After 18+ years of making, designing, and restoring jewelry, I chose to focus on the kinds of repairs most shops overlook—and to do them with a fast, careful turnaround. While there are many great options for gold and platinum work, few truly specialize in bringing beaded or silver pieces back to life.
Maybe it is a favorite beaded necklace from a designer you love, or a simple bracelet you picked up on a special trip. You wear it, it sparks memories—until one day it breaks and you are not sure where to take it.
That is where I come in. I know a thirty-dollar pair of earrings or a handmade necklace can hold as much sentimental value as a diamond ring—because of the story it carries.
You never have to explain why a piece matters. I respect the meaning behind every item, walk you through your repair options, outline the timeline, and provide clear pricing before any work begins. To remove any ambiguity, we will pre-design the repair together at your 30-minute appointment and I will share a clear visual of the final result for your approval that you will sign off on before the work starts. You will know exactly what to expect, and I will build to that agreed design.
